The time and date of your reservation is instantly logged in our system. In the following 24 hours, you will receive an e-mail confirmation where you can review the information that you sent us and make any necessary corrections.
What if I have pets?
Maids Made teams are trained on how to interact with your furry (and non-furry) friends. Furthermore, Maids Made is committed to the use of eco-friendly products which will not harm you, your kids, your pets or the environment in general.
Why charge per room?
At Maids Made, we strive to make our service simple and flexible. By offering a fixed price per room, you can decide if you need certain parts of your house cleaned more often than others. For example, you might need the guest room dusted only once a month while the master bedroom would be cleaned every week.
Do I have to be present for the cleanings?
This is at your discretion. You can go out and enjoy your free time or stick around and chat with our Team.
How Long will it take to clean my house?
Every home is different, but to give you an idea, it takes on average 90 minutes to clean a 2 bedroom house.
How many members are sent in a Maids Made Team?
The standard Maids Made Team is composed of two experienced maids.
What about payment?
Currently, we only accept payment through our online gateway (Your information is handled securely through Paypal). Payment is required in order for you to reserve your cleaning date and time.
